Adge has an ever-growing love for body movement and energy wisdom that tends to be contagious! Her teaching practices bring foundational knowledge, creativity, joy and profound presence to the mat, the classroom, the studio and beyond. She is a strong holder of space, engraining the ancient wisdom of healing techniques in a way that is accessible to learn, integrate and apply to life. Adge’s approach relies on offering the tools for self-led energetic mastery. She believes processing trauma so that it may transmute is the key to freedom. She offers energetic sovereignty to her students.
Everything is rooted in her deep connection to intuition. Since a young age, psychic connections were ever present in Adge’s daily life. Her commitment to energetic soul work and daily practice has wielded these powers and created a life full of abundance, love and trust to fully follow the heart space. Her guidance sessions offer you exceptional intuitive practices and energy healing tools that have saved her life many times! She believes in teaching what she knows and energy healing is the very vibe by which she breathes. Living a freedom filled life is simply non-negotiable. That freedom begins within. Her own enlightenment has come from deep wounds, harsh life years and a dark journey into illness, trauma and hopelessness. It has all proven to be the foundation of the greatest moments to commune with source, go deeply inward and heal on levels only shamanic practices could hold. All of her offerings hold this central - we are alive and we are light. The very root of her why and how stems from her personal intuitive awakenings.
Adge has been igniting souls to authentically express, move, heal and transform themselves and their communities, for decades! From working one on one with clients to leading massive movement classes on the mat, stage or studio, she shines with presence, love and a lot of energy!

She has deeply studied the ancient techniques of reiki and energy healing along with qi gong and the Chinese 5 elemental healing systems. With medicine and inner wisdom and a keen sense of heart centered listening, Adge believes life is a series of leaps toward our highest potential! She lives by the call of the heart and rebelliously loves the world with all her might.

This zesty gal is simply on a mission to spread light and love through her writing! Adge follows her inner voice and believes in sharing wisdom learnings, spiritual essays and poetry through her Rebel heart Life publication. She began writing as a child as a way to cope with the challenging circumstances around her. Words, visions and written energy is a space where she can express, declare and admit the truth.
Adge consciously chooses to live creatively and in alignment with her highest potential. She has boldly moved across states and country lines with wide eyes and an open heart. The move to Nicaragua started in 2019 and her heart has been settled by the oceanside since - writing, teaching, loving, caring and touching peace as much as possible.
A seeker of movement, anatomy and body science knowledge, Adge has indulged every opportunity to study, train, gain certification, travel, create and perform for her entire life. Ceremony and ritual have been a most integral part of her path. Every way she holds space - classes, mentorship, motherhood and family - a sacredness will be central. Rites of passage, marriage ministry, artistic directorship, and retreat hosting are the creative and steady containers she creates. Adge calls the circle together, reminding each of us to hold ourselves, and each other, through out this dance we call life.
We dance for our ancestors, our rivers, our wishes and dreams. We dance for the heartache, the grief, and the peace for which we ache. We dance for our own heartbeats and we offer our dance for the greatest good of all sentient beings.

You will find her in Nicaragua, Colorado and northern Wisconsin mostly teaching, strumming her guitar, hiking, swimming, dancing, practicing spanish and most of all, loving life with her husband Rob and her daughter, Galena and their fur babes - an international travel family who ran away to [literally] join the circus years ago.
